CREATE ALONG WITH ME

I am going to create a mixed media project on my USTREAM show, http://www.ustream.tv/channel/musicscrp 4 pm est, Monday, Nov. 28th.  It is A Holiday decoration that can be either decorated as an angel or snowman whichever you prefer.  Here is a list of the supplies you will need.  Every one should have them around their house.

  CHRISTMAS ANGEL OR WINTER SNOWMAN

1 Clear bottle with lid - (soda bottle 600 ml or glass single serving juice bottle)

Enough salt to completely fill your bottle to the top

several colours of powdered mica (any brand) or coloured sidewalk or blackboard chalk

enough Ziploc sandwich bags for each colour of mica you are going to use

a funnel (plastic or make one from paper)

A variety of acrylic or patterned papers and/or cardstock to make the wings, faces and accessories for the character you create.

I may be a wee bit later than 4 est due to an appointment however I will get on as soon as I can!

Sharing photos

Well it is very late Sunday night, actually very early on Monday, Oct 31st and Halloween.  I thought I would post a few pictures of some of my scrapbook projects that i have photographed.  I have to get better about doing that before giving projects away!!!

The first seven are photos of a mini album I made using Laura Denison's One Flap two flap pattern.  It was a monthly journal for my niece to track her son Till's (Tillman) progress the first year of his life. 

This last photograph is one of the layout in my Alaskan 8x8 album where I will be adding photos on tags in pockets for my stop in Skagway, Alaska.  We took a tour bus up the Yukon Highway and came down on the white pass train this the explanation for the layout!!!this is all paper and inked edges. 

I will update again as soon as I can.

Welcome

Well I have finally done it.  Finally took the time to start a blog.  Who knows how often I will update but I will try to update weekly at least.  As I figure out this whole blog genre from this side you may find my blog layout changes on as regularly as I post.  I now officially have somewhere to share my ideas and photos.  I hope you all enjoy my Blog.
